The operational aspects of the NoosaCare business are overseen by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is supported in her responsibilities by an Executive Team of three managers who look after the key areas of Clinical Care, Finance, and Hotel & Property Services.
Because we have no affiliations with larger profit driven corporations or religious groups, we value the ability to be flexible, strongly independent and provide a unique and personal alternative for the residents of our community.

We are dependent upon our well established reputation and productivity of our staff. We take pride in our higher than average staff to resident ratios, that are enviable in the current environment of the aged care sector.
NoosaCare staff are our most valuable asset and are fundamental to our continued success. We employ 350 staff across both sites, most of whom come from the local area. The majority of staff occupy care roles with NoosaCare offering a staff/resident ratio that is higher than the industry average.
