Chief Executive Officer, Grant Simpson

Grant brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the corporate, aged care, community care and disability sectors.

As a member of the senior executive team at Anglicare, Sydney, Grant helped transform Anglicare from a traditional block funded operation to a person-centred service model to meet the reforms of the aged care sector.

Grant has experience in leading a neuroscience medical research foundation as Foundation Director and has held CEO roles in leading aged care and community care organisations including Lifeline.

Grant holds a B.Comm degree and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course (GAICD).

In addition to his role as CEO, Grant is Chair of the Excelsior Investment Fund, which seeks to provide high-quality accommodation for NDIS participants. Grant is also a Non-Executive Director of Westhaven, a leading disability support provider based in regional NSW.

Chief Operating Officer, Olivier Massart

Olivier, a professional with a passion for hospitality and a career spanning several continents. With a strong background in the culinary arts, luxury hotel management, and business, Olivier brings a wealth of experience as Regional Operation Manager in the aged care sector.

Born in Belgium, Olivier’s culinary odyssey began in prestigious 3 and 2-star Michelin restaurants in Belgium, France, and the UK, where he honed his skills as a chef, then transitioning into 5-star hotel management, with positions in the UK, India, and the USA.

Australia became Olivier’s next destination, where he embarked on a remarkable entrepreneurial adventure. For 12 years, he owned and operated three successful restaurants in Sydney.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in business and hospitality management, Olivier expanded his career path. He assumed the role of State Operations Manager and later transitioned to the role of Strategy Partnership Manager for a global company.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors, Olivier subsequently transitioned into the aged care sector. His diverse background in hospitality, management, and strategic partnerships uniquely positions him to contribute to the well-being of seniors through innovative, person-centred care.

Chief Financial Officer, Kumara Panditha

Kumara was born in Colombo Sri Lanka. Graduated in Business Management  from university of Colombo and Charles Sturt University.  Obtained professional accounting qualification from  Chartered Institute of Managements Accountants in UK and  CPA Australia.

Worked in Sri Lanka as an Accountant in Insurance and Manufacturing for more than 15  years including 11 years  as Group Finance manager at Hayleys PLC, one of the world’s largest latex glove manufacturers. Kumara migrated to Australia in the year 2000. He worked at Bruck Textiles in Wangaratta as Manufacturing Accountant before moving to the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Kumara also worked as Group Financial Controller at Buderim Ginger Ltd for 11 years and moved to NoosaCare in 2015.

In his spare time Kumara plays cricket for Yandina and Gympie Royals cricket club and will be playing for Sunny Coast veterans this year. Kumara is learning to swing the golf club these days.

General Manager Clinical, Catherine Horne

Born in the Philippines, Catherine migrated to Australia in 2001 with extensive experience in Intensive Care Nursing and management.

Catherine brings a skill set that is valuable to Noosacare. Her previous experience as a Clinical Nurse, Clinical Resource Nurse, Facility Manager and Quality and Compliance Coordinator has honed her abilities in excellent care delivery, process development and reporting, providing a solid foundation for her role as General Manager, Clinical.

Complementing Catherine’s passion for nursing and aged care, she advocates for exceptional quality of care for vulnerable Australians.
Throughout her career, Catherine owes her accomplishments to the people she worked with and from her experiences which developed her to be kind, compassionate and courageous nurse and leader.
